BlauArt Catering produces lunches for kindergartens and schools since 1994. The satisfaction of our customers becomes apparent through a long-standing cooperation as well.

In the menu we daily provide two different meals to choose from. In the composing of dishes we are constantly oriented towards the guidelines of the Research Institute of Child Nutrition, Dortmund and its nutrition concept OptimiX. We use a large proportion of the groceries in organic quality (ca. 30%) und completely abstain from any additives which require declaration.

We recommend the 100% organic-food for kindergartens, which we present with separate menus. The use of organic products is monitored and verified by the professional association Öko- Kontrolle e.V. an approved control post. The food is freshly produced in our kitchen here in Potsdam every day. That guarantees short distances and avoids unnecessary standing time for the food.
