Self Service Restaurant in BlauArt
Our Self Service Restaurant is open to all our guests. We welcome you from Monday till Friday from 11.15 am to 14.30 pm and offer four different dishes. You can also come with your family on the weekends after having a nice walk and have lunch in our restaurant.
Catering for pre-schools and schools
BlauArt Catering has provided lunches for pre-schools, primary schools, workshops and facilities for elderly people since 1994. The satisfaction of our customers can be seen in our long lasting mutual relationship.
In our menu we offer daily two different dishes. Our menu compositions are orientated on the guidelines of the Scientific Department for Child Nutrition Dortmund (Forschungsinstitut für Kinderernährung Dortmund) which is working with the Nutrition concept OptimiX. We use a high proportion of organic food (about 30%) with no additives or preservatives.
New in our menu: the 100% organic meal for pre-schools which we recommend with a separate menu. The use of organic products is confirmed and supervised by the society Öko-Kontrolle e.V. (eco-control). The food is daily prepared fresh in our kitchen in Potsdam. This guarantees short delivery ways and ensures that the food has not lost its fresh quality.
